ABSTRACT
There wae a typo in the name of one of the authors: one should change Ivanov A.I. to Ivanov A.O.
Shortly speaking, static charged cluster is a rigid body with charge
distributed over it, For any system of such clusters the potential
energy is the Coulomb potential energy. Here we give examples of system
of clusters for which there exists stable configuration, that is minimum
of potential energy.
