20-th International Conference on

25-29 September 2017, Moscow

Dear colleagues!

You are kindly invited to take part in the 20-th International Conference on Distributed Computer and Communication Networks: Control, Computation, Communications (DCCN-2017) will take place from 25th till 29th of September 2017 in the V.A. Trapeznikov Institute of Control

Sciences of RAS (ICS RAS), Moscow.

The DCCN-2017 conference is supported by IEEE Russia Section and will bring together researchers and developers from academia and industry across

various countries and working in the area of theory and applications of distributed computer and telecommunication networks, mathematical modeling, methods

of control and optimization of distributed systems, by offering them a unique opportunity to share their views as well as discuss the perspective developments and

pursue collaboration in this area. The DCCN-2017 conference is a continuation of traditional, international DCCN series, which were held in Russia, Bulgaria,

and Israel over the recent 19 years. The working languages of the Conference are Russian and English.

The topics of the Conference include, but are not limited to the following fields:

  • Computer networks architecture and topology: control and management, design, optimization, routing, resource allocation

  • Analytical modeling and simulation, performance and QoS evaluation of infocommunication systems

  • Centimeter and millimeter wave wireless network technologies: local networks and 4G/5G cellular networks

  • RFID and sensor networks

  • Distributed information systems applications: Internet of Things, Big Data, Intelligent Transport Systems

  • Distributed systems and cloud computing, software-defined networks, virtualization

  • Stochastic and statistical methods in modeling of information systems

  • Queueing theory and reliability theory in computer networks applications

  • Unmanned aircrafts and high-altitude platform stations (HAPS): control, communication, applications

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit their extended abstracts (up to 3 pages) or full papers (up to 8 pages) in Russian or English via the on-line

registration system at the Conference website The accepted papers will be published in a Proceedings volume (included into the Russian Science

Citation Index) prior to the beginning of the Conference. After a peer review, submissions in English will also appear as a stand-alone volume of selected full-text

papers in Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series by Springer (indexed in Scopus).
