The Critical Temperature of a Directed Polymer in a Random Environment

ABSTRACT
In this paper, we find a necessary condition that ensures that the critical temperature of a directed polymer in a random environment is different from its lower bound obtained with the second moment method. Then we apply this criterion to the network $Z^d$ and different distributions of the environment.
