Duality for General Interacting Particle Systems

ABSTRACT
In this paper we present general results of duality for interacting particle systems where each particle can take more than two values. These results can be used with any duality function. Two models of interacting particle systems, the multiopinion noisy voter model and the 3-opinion noisy biased voter model, are studied using these results. The limit behaviour and conditions for the ergodicity of these models are obtained.
